Our office is located on N Orange Ave in the bustling heart of downtown Orlando, near the intersection of N Orange Ave and W Central Blvd. We are just a short walk from the vibrant Lake Eola Park and close to well-known landmarks such as the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and the Kia Center.
Our location provides easy access to Orlando’s key business and civic resources. We’re located near SunTrust Plaza and just a few blocks from Church Street Station, a historic district full of dining, entertainment, and business venues. We’re also conveniently situated close to the Orange County Regional History Center, placing us at the center of the city’s thriving professional community.
Driving Directions
From the North:
Head south on I-4 toward Orlando and take Exit 84A for W Colonial Dr. Merge onto W Colonial Dr, passing AdventHealth Orlando on your right. Turn right onto N Orange Ave and continue straight. Our office will be on your left, just past the SunTrust Plaza building.
From the South:
If you're coming from the south via I-4 North, head toward downtown Orlando and take Exit 82B for South St. Merge onto South St, passing Orlando Regional Medical Center. Turn left onto S Orange Ave and continue for several blocks. Turn right onto W Central Blvd, and our building will be on your right, near Lake Eola Park.
From the East:
Head west on FL-408 West toward downtown Orlando. Take Exit 11A for Rosalind Ave and merge onto E South St. Turn right onto Rosalind Ave, then take another right onto W Central Blvd. Continue straight and turn left onto N Orange Ave. Our office is on the right, just across from Church Street Station.
From the West:
If you're coming from the west via FL-408 East, head toward downtown Orlando and take Exit 10C for Orange Ave. Merge onto E Anderson St and turn left onto N Orange Ave. Continue for several blocks, and you'll find our location on your left, just before The Plaza Live.
Alternative Transport
If you're arriving by mass transit, LYNX offers several bus routes that stop near our location. The LYNX Central Station is just a short walk from our office on N Orange Ave, providing easy access to a variety of routes across the city.
Additionally, bus routes 3 and 7 stop at N Orange Ave and W Central Blvd, just steps away from our building. These routes also connect to the Downtown Orlando Station, where you can transfer to other LYNX lines for convenient travel throughout the greater Orlando area.
